Dr. Anna Thomas is a practicing physician board-certified in Internal Medicine and Palliative Care, an award-winning international speaker, and author of Workplaces That CARE and From Caregiver to Care Leader. She brings more than a decade of medical and leadership experience to help organizations translate compassion into performance.

Dr. Thomas is also the founder of LifeCare LeadHership, a company dedicated to equipping caregivers, families, and communities with the skills and mindset to thrive through life’s most demanding seasons. Together, her two brands bridge the gap between professional leadership and personal well-being—helping people lead with clarity, confidence, and care both at work and at home.
